Registrant Concierge Organization

Unlocking the Power of Domain Management —
Our Dedicated Registrar Concierge Section

Procurement Responsibilities

The Registrant Concierge Organization (RCO) serves as the procurement‑only point of contact for all new domain acquisitions within the Bravell ecosystem. Our role begins when a domain is requested and concludes once ownership is formally established and transferred to the Domains Administrator for lifecycle management.

RCO does not perform domain management. All post‑procurement responsibilities — including renewals, DNS, transfers, security, and lifecycle administration — belong to the Domains Administrator.

Core Procurement Functions

Domain Acquisition

Securing new domains under Bravell Holdings, LLC through approved registrars.

Registrant Identity Assignment

Ensuring each acquisition is registered under the correct legal entity and contact structure.

Initial Documentation

Recording registrar details, purchase confirmations, and ownership metadata for internal continuity.

Chain‑of‑Custody Initiation

Establishing the domain’s entry point before handoff to the Domains Administrator.

Registrar Interaction (Procurement‑Only)

Communicating with registrars exclusively for acquisition‑related matters.

Operational Boundary

RCO operates strictly as a procurement‑only function.
Once a domain is purchased and registrant identity is established, all lifecycle responsibilities are transferred to the Domains Administrator.

The following responsibilities fall outside the scope of RCO:

  • Domain renewals

  • DNS record management

  • Domain transfers

  • Security or dispute handling

  • WHOIS/ARIN updates after initial procurement

  • Portfolio optimization

  • Registrar communication unrelated to acquisition

These functions are exclusively managed by the Domains Administrator.

Operational Purpose

The purpose of the RCO is to ensure that all newly acquired domains enter the Bravell ecosystem with correct ownership, accurate registrant identity, and complete acquisition documentation.

This establishes the legal and administrative foundation required for proper lifecycle management.

This ensures:

  • Accurate registrant records

  • Proper legal entity assignment

  • Clean chain‑of‑custody

  • Consistent internal documentation

  • Compliance with Bravell Holdings standards

Internal Workflow

1. Acquisition Request: A domain procurement request is submitted internally.

2. Review & Verification: RCO verifies naming standards, availability, and registrar options.

3. Procurement: RCO completes the purchase under Bravell Holdings, LLC.

4. Initial Documentation: Registrar details, purchase confirmations, and ownership metadata are recorded.

5. Chain‑of‑Custody Transfer: The domain is handed off to the Domains Administrator for lifecycle management.

Organizational Alignment

The Registrant Concierge Organization operates as an internal administrative division supporting:

  • Bravell Holdings, LLC — legal ownership

  • East Center Operations — operational oversight

  • Domains Administrator — lifecycle management

  • Domain Concierge — retail/external domain operations

  • Abuse Concierge Organization — network abuse administration

  • Bravell Developers — technical integration

RCO’s role is limited to procurement and registrant identity establishment.
